Features
This product penetrates into surfaces to form a durable moisture resistant barrier which protects and helps maintain all of your hardscape surfaces. The water based silicone formula provides long lasting protection from UV damage, freeze/thaw damage, and reduces surface efflorescence and concrete dusting. Easy to use, one coat application is breathable and does not trap moisture. Allows for use on Interior and Exterior Surfaces. Low VOC and coverage is up to 600 square feet per gallon
Application
Generally, apply one coat of sealer to surfaces. It is recommended to use a high pressure sprayer with a fan tip. Ensure smooth application of sealer. If product puddles or drips on the surface, back-roll to smooth out excess product for even coverage. DO NOT FLOODCOAT.
