1 Oz. Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat - 3 Yards X 50" Wide for Hand Layup, Vacuum Bagging or Molding Composites with Epoxy, Polyester or Vinyl Ester Resins
- Use for "print through" barrier between gel coat and woven roving
- Use as a bond layer between layers of woven roving
- Use to build thickness - about 1/32" or .030" per layer
- Uniform strength and stiffness in all directions
- Conforms to mold details better than woven roving
50" wide, continuous 3 yard linear length of the finest quality 1 oz weight Chopped Strand Mat. Folded and packaged as shown in pictures. Can be used in a variety of hand lay-up applications with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins. Used in the transportation, recreation, marine and construction industries. Please note that chopped strand mat weight is measured by the square foot (not square yard like fabric). So this product is 1 oz. per square foot.
