Medium thickness oil-tanned leather makes comfortable shoulder straps, bag handles, thin utility straps, lacing-thongs, wristbands, jewelry, and many other craft uses. This versatile leather is easy to work with, and can be cut with a razor blade or even scissors, pre-punching holes is recommended for hand sewing or lacing. Minor scuffs and scratches can be easily buffed out with a finger tip. This durable type of leather is intended to be oiled for deep moisture resistance, and should not be waxed or polished. This is a MEDIUM weight leather, about the thickness of two dimes, it is too thin for a work belt, and cannot be tooled or stamped.
