INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Inflate the balloons by inserting the straw into the valve of the balloons and blow into the straws to inflate. When the inflation is complete simply pinch the tails and remove the straw. The valve will seal automatically. Use the ribbon to thread through the holes on the balloons to create a banner.

In order to see the right Letters, you have to blow up every Balloon.
