- The chains can be used to cinch up skirts, cinch in jackets/tops, or connect different articles of clothing. Connect arm warmers to short sleeves, or shorts to thigh highs. Each has a clasp so you can easily hitch up your skirt.
- These clips mean you can adjust the length of a skirt to save you having to constantly hold it up to save damaging the hem!
- Put the skirt(s) on and then lift up the front and bunch the fabric in one hand. Then with the other, slip the chain around that bunch of fabric and wrap it as many times as you want depending on how short or long you want the front.
