- If your remote doesn't work very well, be sure to check here: The remote works via IR or bluetooth. To switch the remote to bluetooth mode, you have to press the OK button and the home button (the button with three horizontal lines) at the same time and hold it down for about 5 seconds. Then the blue light will come on and the controller is in bluetooth mode. Go to the setup and setup "Bluetooth" on the Box. Find "UB-RC" and pair. The control is much more comfortable and allows voice input.
