- It features (4) 24" wide drying rack shelves with 1 1/4" slots, accommodating 27 sheet pans per shelf for a total of 108. The (4) 64" posts offer plenty of room for the shelves to be adjusted using split sleeves, allowing you to easily customize your unit to meet your unique requirements.
