Our contemporary acrylic dance board with a comfy, spongy surface is a small piece of equipment with really big value!

Our board is a slim 11" x 3.07" x 3/5" (28 x 7.8 x 1.5cm) rectangle which aids in reducing friction between your foot and the floor when turning in dance, allowing you to spin faster than you would on foot alone or with ballet shoes.

Use it only on hardwood or Marly dance floors for maximum results and no scratching.

With the dance board you will turn with either a flat foot on the full board, or a slight releve in the middle of the board, rather than a full or demi-pointe.

You'll be able to spin fast to improve your arm placement, spotting and focus.

When you start, use your full foot flat placed so that your weight is distributed evenly on the board (maximum weight for the board: 175 lbs. /80 Kilos).

You may feel a bit like you're ice-skating. So please have an adult spotter next to you for slips or spills.

As you practice, you will get used to it quickly.

As you improve, you can try spinning with your foot in the center in releve position; you will also feel comfortable enough to try different arm positions to push your momentum even more.
