1. Laser Infrared Non-Contact Measurement. Uses a laser sensor to detect the belt’s natural vibration frequency and calculate tension—faster and more convenient than traditional mechanical sensors. Suitable for motors and industrial belt-drive systems.
2. Wide Frequency Range: 10–500Hz. Accurately measures vibration frequency within 10–500 Hz to cover most automotive, industrial, textile and plastic machinery belt systems. Display error ≤1 Hz, total error <5%.
3. Split Sensor for Narrow Spaces. Comes with a compact split-type probe (depth ~66 mm), ideal for hard-to-reach areas. Includes both integrated and split sensors for versatile installation scenarios.
4. Metric & Imperial Unit Options. Supports m / kg/m / N and inch / lbs/ft / lbf units. Free belt length input up to 99.99 m and belt mass up to 9.999 kg/m, meeting global industrial requirements.
