2-Year DOP - Jewelry Plan ($50-75)
- If You purchased the Jewelry Plan, coverage includes prong and mounting repair, rhodium plating, stone resetting (excluding center stone), pearl restringing, crown, case, bezel, dents, chips, cracks, gouges, soldering, and the necessary materials and labor costs to repair the product to a usable and wearable condition.
- Repair coverage only applies if repair is necessitated by wear during normal usage of the product under the conditions for which it was designed.
- We reserve the right to re-facet, re-polish, or re-cut any gemstone submitted for service under this contract and may elect to do so as long as the gemstone weight loss of such action would not differ by more than ten percent (10%) of the original weight.
- If a covered repair cannot be completed, you will be reimbursed with an Amazon gift card for up to the amount of your original product purchase price.
