3 Stage Air Drying System Heavy Duty Aluminum Alloy Industrial Compressed Air Particulate Filter Dryer with Metal Bowl (1/2in NPT Manual Drain)
- High Efficiency Drying: This drying system is divided into 3 drying stages, perfectly and efficiently drying air, to high pressure, can work in a pressure environment of 30 to 175 psi.
- Design: Each stage is equipped with a metal bowl with visible sight glass, protecting the system throughout the process.
- Initial Removal: With adjustment knob and 5 micron elements to remove 95% of initial and debris from compressed air lines, adjustment knob to adjust pressure from 7 to 215 psi.
- Steam and Oil Removal: Coalescing filter with 0.01 micron filter elements can remove 99.98% of , steam and oil, when changed to the third filter, the red light will indicate.
- Air Dry: The air dryer in the third stage is equipped with 5 oz desiccant beads in bowl, super clean and dry air, beads will change from blue to pink.
