3 pack 12 x 30mm Copper 5.6mm Laser Diode Mount Blank Module

Listing is for three Aixiz style copper modules designed for 5.6mm diodes. Looking at these as an upgrade from the standard brass modules they are made from pure copper that will provide maximum thermal conductivity and they have an aluminum back half for better heat transfer through the rear threads of the module. The module is 12mm X 30mm assembled and comes with an acrylic lens, focus ring, spring, copper diode housing and aluminum back half/driver compartment. This module is designed for easy mounting in a 12mm heatsink which is pretty much the standard in the laser DIY trade. The unit is perfect for 5.6mm diodes of all types; 445, 405, 635, 650, 660 and IR diodes. Although it comes with an acrylic lens it is also designed to accept any M9X0.5 threaded lens including the most common used three element Aixiz glass lenses and the single element 405-G-1 / 405-G-2 lenses.
