Instructions

Step 1: Wear gloves when filling the balloon so the powder won't stain your hands

Step 2: Cut a small hole on the powder packet, fill balloon and use a hand pump or helium tank to inflate it. It have a wide opening to pour the powder into.

Step 3: Be sure to add a little less than 1/3 of powder provided because the balloon will not float if you add all the powder. Keep the rest of the powder for other unwanted situation!

Step 4: Blow the balloons up to its maximum capacity, so the balloons will float when filled with helium and have a big bang with a big smoke cloud.

Step 5: They are quite delicate once inflated, so handle with care!!

NOTE: It is very messy so would recommend using outdoor. When it explodes it goes everywhere with color smoke cloud.
