- Two 4 fl oz / 118 ml bottles of 3M 4298 liquid primer adhesion promoter with one .750" x .312" felt tip applicator. Increases the bond strength between acrylic adhesive tapes and most substrates, including plastics. Clear light yellow primer is detectable by UV light, dries in approximately 30 seconds. Same ingredients as 3M 06396 except with detectable primer.
