3M Fast Tack Water Based Adhesive 1000NF is a one-part, water-based acrylic adhesive. Bonds many porous substrates to porous or nonporous substrates with minimal dry time. Adheres to many types of flexible polyurethane foam, latex foam, fabric, polyester fiberfill, wood, plywood, particleboard, and many plastic and metal surfaces. Holds seams and curves while still wet and builds foam-tearing strength when fully dry.
