- PREMIUM INTUMESCENT LATEX SEALANT: For use as a one-part fire, smoke, toxic gas sealant in a non-halogen formula
- SPECIALLY ENGINEERED: Sag-resistant properties offer clean application as well as strong adhesion in both wall and floor applications
- WATER-BASED SEALANT: Easy application sealant is paintable, re-enterable and repairable with easy clean-up
- SOUND BARRIER: Sealant acts as a barrier to help minimize airborne sound transmission
