The sun's UV rays can cause a hard hat shell to become brittle, and over time, compromise its ability to protect the wearer. Low-profile design for stability and balance. Short brim for better upward visibility. Slots to accommodate accessories, such as earmuffs and headgear. Replaceable brow pad. 4 Point ratchet suspension.
