These sponges are made from 100% Natural Konjac Fiber Sponge. These sponges are free of Chemicals and at the same time are pH Balanced naturally.

Instructions for Use of Sponges:
- First time use will need to soak the sponge in warm water and rinse well as the sponges are naturally dried of moisture, prior to packing
- You can use the sponge to massage the skin in any way that you would use a cleanser to lather and gently massage your skin
- Once you are done with cleansing the skin, you can wash the sponge to remove any excess lather and gently wring to remove water. You can hang to dry, as this is a natural product, it is good to wash after every use.

Exfoliating bath gloves may help remove dead skin cells during your bath. The texture of the glove is rough enough to gently exfoliate however is also gentle enough with sensitive skin. Can be used on a daily basis.

Instructions for use of Gloves,
Wear the exfoliating glove and moisten with water (warm or cold) You can use with soap of choice.
Gently massage around area that you want to exfoliate with minimal pressure, slowly over time you will find the right pressure for your face/body.
Gently rinse with water and hang or lay on a flat surface to dry.
Replace gloves after every 3 months.
