Champion Espresso Blend is a gold cup espresso blend. The rich earthy, tobacco, chocolate notes, are balanced with a brown sugar sweetness, that pairs in perfect harmony with frothed milk and flavor syrups, for rich tasting, award winning drinks. This signature blend is a premium blend of Asian, African, South American coffee beans. This blend is best in the med/dark to dark range although it can handle the heat of an Italian roast better than most. 1) ROASTING COFFEE to perfection is truly an art, a distinct set of skills developed over time with experience. The most basic description of the roasting process would be that the beans need to be heated to around 400*F in about 7-12 minutes and then cooled quickly. As heat is applied the beans will change in color from green to yellow, to ever darkening shades of brown, once the roast level desired is achieved beans are cooled quickly. 2) ABOUT US - We are award-winning family operated coffee supplier.
