Actel's IGLOO nano low-power FPGAs offer groundbreaking possibilities in power, size, lead-times, operating temperature, and cost. Available in logic densities from 10,000 to 250,000 gates, the 1.2 V to 1.5 V IGLOO nano devices have been designed for high-volume applications where power and size are key decision criteria. 5PE has developed compact tiles for the AGLN060 and the AGLN030 in the diminutive CS81 package. These parts provide 60k and 30k gates with 66 and 52 I/O respectively. 5PE has also developed a tile for the AGLN010 in the QFN-48 package, providing 34 I/O. This ultra low-power 10k device is perfect for developing simple low-power logic based control applications. One of the advantages of the 5PE tiles is the ease of development and programming when used with our evaluation kits and then these same tiles can be put directly into applications during prototyping with the simple addition of some easily integrated Samtec Bd2Bd connectors.
