I was skeptical at first when the title said 6 Ingredients, I mean how can anyone make a meal with just 6 ingredients unless it’s a very unappetizing green, green boring salad. Turns out the ingredients for the recipes are set into 2 parts, one is ‘ingredients’ and the other is ‘essentials’. Essentials are ingredients that are commonly found in the kitchen (salt, pepper etc.) so those don’t count into the ‘6 ingredient’ title of the book. Some would call this cheating, but I think it’s a smart move.

These recipes have some really cool positive features:-
*no cooking experience required
*takes less than 15 mins
*easy to find all the ingredients (nothing exotic)

The recipes are also tidily categorized into their relative departments, such as fish/seafood, side dishes/snacks, red meat, dessert, sweet snacks etc.
This cookbook guide has some great mouth-watering recipes!

I've come across a lot of crappy cookbooks, most of which just seem to be plain-vanilla recipes that were just copied and pasted from somewhere else, with little thought and effort put into the books.

However, this is by far, one of the best ones I've read.

If you're already experimenting with the keto diet and are looking for simple, quick, and tasty recipes to add into your daily mix, this would be a great reference cookbook.

Recipes are neatly organized and presented clearly. You can look up recipes easily by white meat, fish, vegetarian, and desserts, or snacks.

Few of my favorites are the chocolate-covered apricots for dessert and the high-protein pancakes and "Italian" breakfast.
This is a good ketogenic diet. It inspires me to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. Eating food rich in nutrients and vitamins can lengthen your life span and it can protect your body from any kinds of illness. I like this book for it provides some tasty recipes which I enjoyed cooking and my family members likes it too. We enjoy our get together with our ketognic meal. It can also make us fit and look young.
