6" V-Groove Sliding Gate Wheel & 5/8" x 3 1/4" Stainless Steel Axle Bolt - CNC Machined & Zinc Plated-3000 lb Capacity With Dual Lifetime Lubricated Sealed Machine Bearings. These 6" steel wheels are manufactured by a computer controlled lathe machine and made from solid, cold rolled steel. The wheels are designed for residential or high traffic commercial sliding gate track applications. They can be used on heavy gates and never require any maintenance (there are no grease fittings). The heavy duty bearings will make a heavy gate seem to roll much easier than cast iron or nylon wheels. They are 30-50% more efficient in torque transfer from wheels to operator than other wheels such as cast iron or plastic.
