Here Ladytron successfully fuses together the cold darkness of computer rock with lingering catchy hooks found only in great pop songs. Like Human League and Kraftwerk, throw in a Giorgio Moroder bassline aimed at the dancefloor, and top it off with the rhythmic sensibilities of classic funk and England's Northern Soul Movement.
