Place one tablet on your shower shelf closest to you (not in direct stream of water), and when the water mixes with the tablet, it will fizz up and release the essential oils into your shower, which will clear your sinuses while you're showering. The closer the table is to your face, the stronger it will work. They are all natural - containing baking soda, distilled water, citric acid and essential oils.
