This product will not display on my Kindle Fire, so it is a complete waste of money... how do I get a refund?
After reading the SANE book and understanding the philosophy and science behind it, this is a total letdown. Where 'The Calorie Myth' does an excellent job of getting you onto the programme, this doesn't. I found the recipes themselves to be quite good however a large portion of the pictures bear no correlation to the recipes they accompany. There are recipes that contain processed foods such as gravy mixes and sachets, this is not on the SANE plan. This is clearly a money making exercise that has not been properly thought out or presented.
Love the recipes in here. Easy to make, taste great and with SANE I know I am eating healthy. I had no problem with any of the ingredients. Some of the pictures don't look exactly like how I made the recipes, but I've never had any of my "creations" match the pictures exactly in any book. Still a very solid collection.
