The cap and rotor are precision-molded from an impact-resistant, high-dielectric-strength compound and have brass or copper inserts and stainless-steel contact springs. The plug wires have a low-resistance Ferro-Spiral core and are fitted with heat-reflective coated boots rated to 1,200 degrees.
