  • INSTALLS UNDER THE BASE OVER THE GOOSENECK BALL: The plate is designed to fit over the tow vehicle's gooseneck ball, directly beneath the base of the Ultimate Connection hitch — no modification needed.
  • COMPATIBLE WITH HOOKS OR CARABINER SHACKLES: Attach your safety chains using either standard chain hooks or the included shackle carabiners, giving you flexibility based on your setup and preference.
  • IMPORTANT — SAFETY CHAINS AND HITCH SOLD SEPARATELY: This listing includes the safety chain plate and shackles only. The Ultimate Connection hitch and safety chains are available separately.

This specially designed plate simplifies the installation of the Andersen Ultimate Connection Safety Chains (Part 3230 sold separately). The plate should be installed over the tow vehicle's gooseneck ball underneath the base of the Ultimate Connection. The safety chains can be connected to the plate using either the chain hooks or the shackles.
