- SINGLE-MOTION SELF-LOCKING LATCH – E-Z Release latch operates in one motion and self-locks after dumping, keeping the operator in a safer position and helping prevent unintended trips or partially latched bodies.
- HEAVY STEEL BODY AND BASE RAILS – Uses 7-gauge steel body panels with 1/4 inch formed base rails, 3/8 inch cross braces and 1/2 inch flame-cut handle, delivering the same structural strength as larger sizes instead of lightening the metal for this compact version.
- SOLID ROCKER WITH INTEGRATED STOPS – 5/8 inch solid steel rocker with 1 inch S-stops is cut from one piece to eliminate loose hardware and provide smooth, predictable tipping for small but dense loads.
- MIG-WELDED WATERTIGHT SHELL – 100% MIG-welded seams and reinforced 3/16 inch structural angle top edge keep liquids and fines contained, making this hopper ideal near production equipment or in housekeeping roles around machinery.
- REINFORCED TOP EDGE FOR IMPACT RESISTANCE – Structural angle iron rim adds stiffness and durability, reducing deformation and cutting down on sharp, rolled edges that can appear on bent-lip hoppers after impacts.
