- HEAVY 7-GAUGE STEEL AND THICK RAILS – Built with 7-gauge steel body, 1/4 inch formed base rails, 3/8 inch cross braces and a 1/2 inch flame-cut handle to handle heavier loads and more aggressive dump cycles without twisting or cracking.
- SOLID 5/8 INCH ROCKER WITH S-STOPS – Single-piece 5/8 inch solid steel rocker and 1 inch S-stops provide a strong, predictable pivot, reducing the jerky, slam- style behavior operators hate in lower-end self-dumping containers.
- 100% MIG-WELDED WATERTIGHT INTERIOR – Fully MIG-welded seams and a reinforced 3/16 inch structural angle iron top edge produce a watertight shell that contains liquids and fines, suitable for wet scrap and coolant-soaked material within rating.
- REINFORCED EDGE FOR STRUCTURAL STIFFNESS – Structural angle rim keeps the mouth of the hopper square and strong, cutting down on edge damage and sharp lip issues that show up early on bent-edge designs.
