The ARCHON Fitness Adjustable Squat Rack, Bench Press Rack, and Olympic Plate and Standard Plate Storage Station is the ideal exercise equipment for individuals who do not have room for a full power rack, but still would like to perform workouts using an Olympic bar, weight bench, squat bar, or other fitness equipment in need of a weight rack station. Great for those looking for portability of their exercise equipment as well, such as group fitness instructors. ARCHON Fitness does not cut corners on engineering to ensure you can optimize your performance whether you are a home gym user, personal trainer, or other fitness professionals. Constructed of heavy-duty steel, these stands are capable of 750 pounds. The 1" diameter through holes chosen to produce stronger and more durable bar catchers by increasing the surface area of where the bar catcher contacts and stress the squat stand frames. The half inch solid steel catchers able to withstand 750 pounds of downward force produced by the loaded bar, while most competitors supply a pin adjustable holes barely half this size. With each hole spaced 2" apart allows 25 adjustable positions for the user to perform a variety of workouts. Some of the exercises that squat stands are used for are the following: Bench Press. Because of the range of adjustments for the J-Hooks you have ample room for Decline Bench, Flat Bench, or Incline Bench. Squat workouts. Great for shoulder press, clings, and dead lifts. These are just common uses as we are sure you will find more you can get out of these squat racks. The plate storage posts on each stand are great space savers, holding both 1" standard plates and 2" Olympic plates, providing extra stability during workouts.
