Gathering Silicone Mat
Use this with Cake fondant/gum paste to decorative cakes for a whole variety of occasions including birthdays, anniversaries and more!
How to use:
1, Using a mix of 50/50 gumpaste/fondant, roll our to approximately 1/8" thickness and place over mat.
2, Insert dowels on top of paste mixture in between the grooves of the mat and gently press down.
3, Remove outside dowels and trim excess paste from mat.
4, Gather fondant mixture until desired pleating is achieved attach with edible glue.
All of Art Kitchenware silicone mats are produced by food safe silicone material with FDA and EU Certification.
The experienced cake decorators will be able to alter and adapt the finished figures for their own designs.
