Easy Instructions:

Balloons ship FLAT and DEFLATED. Have them pumped with helium or blow them up with air.

Step 1: Stretch both solid rose gold and confetti balloons before inflating.

Step 2: For confetti balloons, rub inflated balloons against hair, wool, fleece, faux fur or carpet to create static.

Step 3: To evenly space confetti, move balloon around when rubbing.

An alternative option is to add a very small amount of water or sugar water to the confetti balloons before inflating, which will also help the confetti to adhere to the sides of the balloon.

Step 4: For floating balloons, inflate with 90% helium and 10% air to a minimum height of 16-inches and a maximum of 18-inches. Having a little oxygen in your balloon will enable the confetti to hold static and it will stick to the sides much more easily! Use HIGH GRADE HELIUM to fill your confetti balloons to the maximum 18-inches. Low grade helium will only allow the confetti balloons to float for a couple of hours.

Please note: Hi-Float is NOT advised for pre-filled confetti balloons, unless you move all the confetti to one side of the balloon before applying the Hi-Float solution.
