- Replacing Control Arms & Bushings: Remove the old rear upper control arms carefully. Clean the mounting points thoroughly and install the new pre-fitted arms with correct alignment and torque. Press out the worn rear lower control arm bushings. Use a hydraulic press to install new hydra bushings. Ensure proper positioning to avoid suspension noise or instability.
- Replacing Stabilizer Links & Tie Rods: Unbolt the worn sway bar links from both ends. Install new links securely, ensuring proper fit to reduce body roll and maintain handling. Remove the old rear torque tie rod assemblies. Match and install the new rods on correct sides (left & right), and tighten all fasteners to spec.
