Absolute Beginner Basic Patterns for the Mid-Gauge Machine Knitter (PROJECT 1: Child Boat Neck Sweater)

This pattern is the first in a series of machine knitting patterns written for the beginner. "Project 1" contains stockinette stitch, very little shaping and simple finishing. These are things you need to know when starting. Basic working knowledge of your machine is required. Though this pattern series was written for mid-gauge machines it is also suitable for standard machines if you can obtain the pattern gauge.
