Description

  • This 7‑piece indexable tool set features 1/2 in. נ1/2 in. steel holders with black oxide finish and TiN‑coated C6 carbide inserts for cutting mild steel and cast iron. Positive rake geometry and chip breakers deliver smooth cutting and controlled chip flow.
  • The holders included are MGEHR08‑2J for cut‑off and grooving, SER0500J11 for threading, SWGCR08‑2J for 90° turning, SCLCR08‑2J and SCLCL08‑2J for 95° turning, SDNCN08‑2J for 62.5° turning, and SDJCR08‑2J for 93° turning.
  • Beyond the installed inserts, the set provides ten additional TiN‑coated carbide inserts to minimize downtime: two part‑off inserts MGMN200, two threading inserts 11ER A60, two turning inserts WCMT2.52, two CCMT21.51, and two DCMT21.51.
