Product description
Important note:
a) the "Magic-LED" APP does not have "WS2812B" option on the setting. Please select "WS2811" when connect it to WS2812B, it's the same
b) the input voltage of the controller must be the same as the working voltage of the LED strips( e.g. with WS2812B LED strips should use 5V power supply for this controller; with WS2811 LED strips, should use 12V power supply for this controller)
c) the controller only support LED lights with smart IC like WS2812B, WS2811, SK6812; will not work with regular 5050 RGB/RGBW LED strip without IC
d) must use big enough power adapter to power the controller. (e.g. recommend 5v 100w power supply for 5meters long WS2812B 300 LEDs Strip)

Common Trouble Shooting:
(1) double check the connection to confirm it's secure; keep the connection between power supply and controller as short as possible, DO NOT use extension wires
(2) in the APP, set 2048 total pixels number, select the current RGB order(normally GRB for WS2812B LED Strip) and select the current IC type(WS2811 for WS2812B LED Strips)
(3) if only the FIRST LED on, try ground the extra white wire of the strip to the "-5V" connector of the power supply
(4) the APP might not compatible with some smart phone model; if happened, please contact us for return
