Refunds and exchanges will not be given until product is received and inspected for use or damage. A restocking fee will be assessed on all product returned from reasons not due to defect, any product that show signs of use or shows damage not due to manufacturing defect. Restocking fees: If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in original condition within 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns the item within the return window and the seller receives the item damaged, used or materially different than it was shipped, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. If the product is damaged in a manner that it can not be resold, no refund will be given.
