Agility Training Ladder (EA)

Ideal for developing quick and accurate foot speed, increased balance and coordination. Each ladder is 15' long x 20" wide with ten adjustable sections. Adjust to different sizes to allow for multiple stride length settings, correcting under or over striding. Rugged 1" wide webbing with end buckles and sliding slats allow various shape configurations for a more diversified workout. Buckles also allow adding additional ladders for longer runs and different formations. Come complete with storage handle and carry bag.
