- Instructions for Use:1.Adjust the grillz back hooks same as the shape of your mouth and teeth 2.Place the molding bars into the middle of Grillz 3.Put the grillz and molding bars together in hot water for 20-30 seconds or until the bars start to become clear,please be careful when you take the grillz out of the hot water 4.Using the bars to pick up the grillz，place them on your teeth while the molding bars is still soft.Adjust as necessary,then keep them in place for 2mins so the molding bars can harden. 5.Repeat steps 2-4 to get a optimal fit for your teeth with our molding bars(Refer to the video for usage)
