Akuma No Uta

Akuma No Uta (Evil Song) was recorded and released in Japan in 2003. The cover reproduces the layout of Nick Drake's second album Bryter Layter. The tracks rehash territories that the band has covered in the past, not that that is a disappointing or un-awesome aspect of this release. It begins with a doom-laden instrumental Introduction that self-immolates into harsh noise textures. But then they kick it into balls-out rock mode, with two ultra-raw punk songs.
