A Moisturizing and Healing Balm Formulated from a Traditional African Formula.

Traditional elements such as shea butter and African wild honey make Africa's secret a unique moisturizer with healing properties and is ideal for dry skin. In 2009, one of Alaffia's founders Rose Hyde, had the opportunity to work with a woman from Sokode who produced a variety of skin creams and soaps. She showed her how to blend shea butter and honey to create a healing balm. Back in America, Rose took this traditional recipe and enhanced it with a variety of the other powerful ingredients. This potent new creation is known as Africa's Secret.
