Alemite 1822-A1 Giant Button Head Fitting, 1-5/16" OAL, 7/8" Hex, 3/8" Male NPTF

This Alemite 1822-A1 giant button head fitting has an overall length of 1-5/16", a 7/8" hex with a 3/8" NPTF male end, and is longer than standard grease fittings to make it easier to reach with a grease gun. The trivalent zinc plating gives it durability and makes it resistance to corrosion, exceeding a 72-hour salt spray test. The fitting is straight and has no angle to it. Its 3/8" NPTF (National Pipe Thread Fuel) threading is for rugged applications, and it also has a plunger check valve to keep dirt out. This grease fitting holds in lubrication in the assembly being lubricated and is used for applications such as lubricating motor vehicles, construction and industrial equipment, and aeronautics.
