Capers are the hand-picked unripened flower buds of a shrub that can be found growing along side the Mediterrean coast of Spain. Considered to be the finest are the young tender buds called Nonpareilles. These nonpareilles are packaged in our patented White Balsamic Vinegar and take"chic" to an even higher level. Capers add a tart and tangy zest that can be enjoyed in many dishes.
