The process of absorbing a large amount of exudate and reducing the frequency of changes. Forms a gel-like surface over the wound that supports a moist wound-healing environment and keeps the dressing from adhering to the wound can promote wound healing process by maintaing the humidity of wound environment.
• SEAWEED NATURAL FIBER: Circle A Medical Algicate Ag Dressing is made of natural fibers derived from seaweed. Strip shape Algicate dressing can fill cavity wounds and be less sticky to the wound surface, minimizing pain while dressing changes.
