If you are 5'10" to 6'1" tall, have a 36" to 39" waste, and wear 11.5 to 12 shoe, the SIZE 13 will fit perfect. The boots are wide enough to accommodate a story orthotic insole, which you will probably want since there is no shank or insole in the boots.

The material is a fairly light nylon that is coated with PVC. It appears to be identical to the material on one of my air mattresses. An air bed or waterbed patch kit would probably do the job on these as well.

Can't testify as to whether they are watertight. We still have ice on the rivers and I think FILLING waders with water stresses them in ways they aren't meant to be stresses.

At this point in time, I am happy with quality/price ratio. I look forward to breaking them in soon. They'll get 5 stars if I'm still dry after first day out with the flyrod.
Did the job. Got 6 pairs all together for my AK fishing trip with my brother and all our kids. One pair leaked at the outset but the other 5 were good. The one that leaked did so at the boot seam. We were able to easily fix the leak with super glue for day two (filled it up w/ water to see where the leak was). A hook goes through them easily resulting in a micro leak and a wet spot in your pants. If you are hard core, you probably want something tougher but these were perfect for us/the price.

I wear a size 10 or a 10 1/2 shoe and bought a size 11. It was perfect. I put my superfeet inserts in them 'cause there is zero arch support and we were in them on our feet all day. Everyone bought a size or 1/2 size up (based on reviews we read) and everyone was fine. I wore long johns, jeans and two pairs of wool socks underneath. I was never cold the water temp was in the 50's and air temp in the 50s and 60's, the rare occasion it got into the 70s I was a little warm.
Excellent waders. I bought these waders to do electrofishing in streams of Indiana for surveys. I would go in maybe 12-13 sites a day, for 3-4 days, for four weeks. I never had a problem of the waders leaking or with the electrofishing equipment. I am a size 12 shoe and I got the size 12 wader but it seems slightly too big. Perhaps an 11.5 would have been better but that is not offered. The size isn't too much of an issue. When you are in the stream the water pushes against the wader making the shoe fit more securely. The only problem is when walking through muck, which gets the shoe stuck. The shoe can be difficult to unstick due to the slightly large shoe size. If I were to get this again I would probably try the size 11, but the size 12 has been just fine. And you can't beat the price. These are fully functional waders for less than half of what you'd pay at an outdoor store.
