AMACO Velvet V-332 Teal Blue Underglaze, 2 oz. (59 mL), Cone 05-10 “V” Intermixable Underglaze for Bisque and Wet/Unfired Clay
- AMACO Velvet V-332 Teal Blue Underglaze (2 oz.) is a deep blue color that is rich sapphire at Cone 05, becomes a deep medium blue at Cone 5, and is very dark at Cone 10.
- AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes can be applied to bisque and wet/unfired clay.
- Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10.
- When left unglazed, these underglazes have a soft, velour look. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color.
- Mix to create hundreds of colors!
Amaco semi-translucent Velvet Underglazes fire true to color as applied from the jar and may be intermixed to create a palette of hundreds of colors. Left unglazed they have the appearance of velour or velvet. They assume a soft, satin matte finish when glazed with Amaco Transparent Matt Glaze (LM-10) and will intensify in color when covered with Amaco Clear Transparent Gloss Glaze (LG-10). Fire at cone 05-06. Lead-free, AP certified non-toxic. AMACO Velvets have only been tested and approved as dinnerware safe when applied and fired under AMACO LG-10 Clear Glaze.
