This one of the most addictive games I have ever played. I haven't been able to stop, I put it down to eat, because I have to, it demands concentration, or you could go broke and your civilization will go down the drain. Don't get me wrong, this is not the sims. It is a game for adults and teens who love to build things, and actually see a civilization flourish or see the downfall through wars or famine. There is a lot of strategy at every level of the game. I am playing it right now, as I type. That is how addictive it is!

The folks at Ubi-Soft did it again when they released this as a part of their ongoing series, It's a bit of a grinder game, as most world builder games tend to be, but at least one task does not require repeating several hours as some of the Sierra ones did. Availability of theses tend to be scarce, as it is German based, and they never really went for the American market, preferring the Euro one instead that was closer to home.
