Celebrating 90 years of manufacturing fine knives, Antonini has created this special handcrafted knife. Beautifully hand-shaped and sharpened, the handle, collar and blade represent the best of traditional design and materials. What really sets this knife apart is Antonini's use of the unique patented Lupo collar lock. Inside the brass collar is a sliding lock safely holding the blade in place both opened and closed.
