Anxiety is the feeling of uneasiness about something with an uncertain outcome. It is worrying about situations in life.And no matter how much we try to avoid it, getting away from anxiety is such a difficult thing to do. If we allow anxiety to control us, it could hinder us from achieving our goal and living out life to the fullest.

I find the book helpful through the strategies mentioned when dealing with anxiety. Though anxiety is a common occurrence to people it is important that we deal with it the soonest before it consumes us. If anxiety is stopping is to live a fun and normal life, then this book is good guide because it presented steps that we can do to fight it.

Very in depth book., How it starts and when it can get really bad. How GAD is formed. This book gives a description of​ the Emotional, Physical, and Behavioral symptoms one may have when suffering from anxiety. PTSD and OCD or other forms of anxiety that I did not know about. Even certain phobias that have a connection with anxiety. I found this book to be very detailed on the anxiety subject, my girlfriend has had it since she was very young, but I definitely learned new things from this book. Some general tips on coping with the disorder as this book mentions. I recommend this to someone looking for a good detailed book on anxiety.
