Alcohol Tolerancet, Capable of fermenting up to 9.5% alcohol, allowing for the production of robust and flavorful ales. Fast 7-day kinetics (61-75ºf), top fermenter with excellent floculation and sedimentation, diacetyl reduction, and 75% attenuation.
Recommended Dosage: For optimal fermentation, the recommended dosage is 11.5g per 5 gallons of wort. Pitch two packs for 10 gallons or make a starter.
